Winter School Holidays

June 29 - July 3

8:30am - 3:30pm

Build confidence, friendships and resilience these school holidays at our 5-Day Winter School Holiday HEART Workshops!

Across five engaging full-day workshops, children will enjoy fun games, creative activities and teamwork challenges designed to strengthen confidence, communication, self-awareness, social skills and emotional wellbeing in a safe, supportive environment.

Each day focuses on one of our HEART themes while weaving all five areas throughout every workshop:

Monday

Healthy Minds & Bodies

- focuses on mental health and wellbeing, as well as food and nutrition, and adequate sleep being the important foundations for our minds and bodies to function effectively.

Tuesday

Empathy

- focuses on supporting children to understand and accept others' perspectives, and act with kindness and compassion.

Wednesday

Authenticity

- focuses on being true to yourself, and equipping children with the tools and strategies to fully embrace who they are and see their uniqueness as a strength.

Thursday

Resilience

- focuses on using the challenges that we experience as a way of learning and growing, through bouncing back quickly after setbacks, demonstrating persistence, and not giving up. A Growth Mindset and Talking to Our Brains can help!

Friday

Teamwork

- focuses on working effectively with others, supporting team members, celebrating our own achievements, and being happy for others' success.

Children can attend on any chosen days or join us for the full week. Families who register a child for all five days will receive a FREE Confident Kids Co. Grow Journal (valued at $44.95).

Give your child the opportunity to learn, grow, connect and have fun these holidays — registrations are open!

Confident Kids - Nurturing Healthy Minds and Happy Hearts

At Confident Kids Co., we know how important it is for children to feel heard, understood, and supported. With a combined total of 44 years teaching experience, we recognise that it is essential to create strong connections with children where they feel safe to be open and honest about their feelings. Through age-appropriate conversation, play, and creative activities, we help children explore their emotions in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them.

We support children through many of life’s challenges — from friendship struggles, experiences of bullying, and social skills difficulties, to feelings of stress, anxiety, or low self-esteem. We also stand beside families navigating parental separation, grief, loss, trauma, and other big changes. In every situation, we help children develop confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self-acceptance.

Our approach is gentle, caring, and focused on nurturing each child’s strengths, so they can grow into the best version of themselves.
